Schools are required to provide a quality learning process, thus requiring the implementation of effective and structured learning management. This study aims to analyze and reconstruct the implementation of student-centered learning management to improve the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Way Jepara. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving teachers as key informants. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) teachers systematically develop learning tools such as lesson plans or teaching modules at the beginning of the semester, taking into account student needs, learning outcomes, and initial assessment results; (2) learning implementation demonstrates a shift from teacher-centered learning to student-centered learning through the application of interactive learning models such as problem-based learning that encourage active student participation; (3) learning evaluation is conducted through academic supervision and assessment of learning outcomes based on the jointly established Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM).
