The 2026 Economic Census serves as a strategic instrument underpinning national and regional economic development policies. However, the complexity of digital instruments based on Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) and the potential for data bias driven by respondent reluctance pose major challenges in the field. This community service activity aims to enhance the technical capacity and quality standardization of field officers through intensive classical blended learning training. The three-day quarantine-based program was conducted at Grand Permata Hijau Hotel, Sukabumi City, facilitated by expert speakers (APK APBN Ahli Muda) from BPS. The methodology combined synchronous and asynchronous sessions, encompassing 8 core competencies (Book 4 and Book 5 modules), FASIH Mobile application simulations, and contextual role-playing with 6 informal business profiles. Quality assurance was evaluated using pre-test and post-test schemes comprising 100 questions with a minimum passing threshold of 74 points and up to 3 re-test attempts allowed. The program achieved absolute success with a 100% graduation rate and an overall average score of 80. Upon completion, the standardized officers were immediately deployed across Sukabumi Regency, equipped to deliver an objective, accurate, and reliable macroeconomic database to guide regional policy formulation.
