Delivering a high-quality educational process is a necessity for every school, and this holds true for Lawe Alas State Senior High School No. 1. Lawe Alas State Senior High School No. 1 consistently encourages the improvement of teachers’ professionalism by monitoring their performance in carrying out their duties so that predetermined competency standards can be met. However, the evaluation process at Lawe Alas State Senior High School No. 1 is still manual and lacks detail. With such a non-detailed evaluation process, there is concern that assessments may become subjective (based on personal interests), which could lead to social jealousy among teachers who have not yet received recognition for their achievements at the school. To address this issue, a computer-based decision support system was designed using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory method. This study employs five criteria. The application was developed using the PHP programming language, while the database utilizes MySQL. The final results of this study indicate that the decision support system based on the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory method is capable of resolving the issues associated with teacher performance evaluations at this school.
