<![CDATA[This service aims to determine the contribution of intern students in supporting consumer service efficiency through administrative activities at PT. Salva Core Properties. The method used in this service is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation during the internship activities. The results of the activity show that intern students have an important role in assisting the company's operational activities, especially in the areas of administration, document archiving, field surveys and customer service. In administrative activities, students help organize and manage data so that it is more easily accessible. In document archiving, students help organize documents systematically. Apart from that, students are also involved in survey activities to collect information needed by companies. In consumer service, students help provide information and serve consumers so that the service process becomes faster and more efficient. In conclusion, the existence of student interns makes a positive contribution in improving work efficiency and the quality of customer service in the company. Apart from that, internship activities also provide benefits for students in increasing their work experience and skills needed in the world of work.]]>
