Abstract

This study seeks to explore the effects of digital marketing, product quality, and customer relationship management (CRM) on consumer loyalty within the context of online retail. Employing a quantitative approach, the study conducted a survey among 91 respondents, comprising 34 males and 56 females. Data collection instruments utilized a Likert scale with 29 items designed to measure respondents' perceptions of the study variables. Regression analysis results indicate that collectively, digital marketing, product quality, and CRM explain 49.3% of the variation in consumer loyalty. Specifically, CRM emerges as significantly influential with the highest beta coefficient (0.438) and low statistical significance (p = 0.000), while digital marketing and product quality show less significant impacts With p-values of 0.296 and 0.127, respectively, these results highlight the critical role of effective customer relationship management strategies in fostering consumer loyalty in online commerce. They also indicate the necessity for strategic enhancements in digital marketing and product quality to optimize their influence. This research contributes to the comprehension of the dynamics affecting consumer behavior in the digital age.

Abstract

The digital economy has significantly transformed the global business environment, making digital technology a critical determinant of business competitiveness and sustainability. Despite their strategic importance, many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) face significant challenges in implementing digital transformation initiatives. This study investigates leadership-related barriers to digital transformation among Pottery SMEs in Lombok, Indonesia, with a particular focus on how deficiencies in digital mindsets emerge and shape managerial decision-making. Adopting a grounded theory approach, qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation involving SME owners and managers. Data analysis was conducted through systematic open, axial, and selective coding procedures, supported by NVivo software, to generate substantive theory grounded in empirical findings. The results reveal a persistent gap between awareness of digital technologies and their effective integration into daily business practices. Cognitive limitations, uncertainty, and sociocultural norms influence leaders' perceptions of digital technologies and limit their confidence in adopting digital solutions. Consequently, decision-making regarding digital initiatives remains largely intuitive and reactive rather than strategic and forward-looking, reflecting limited digital leadership capabilities. Despite this, SME leaders expressed a generally optimistic view of digital transformation, particularly regarding market expansion and business sustainability. They emphasized the importance of practical training, ongoing mentoring, and accessible digital infrastructure to facilitate digital adoption. This study provides context-specific insights into the barriers to digital mindsets in SME leadership and underscores that successful digital transformation requires not only technological readiness but also cognitive readiness and supportive institutional and socio-cultural conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice and employee engagement on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a simple mediator at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram. Using a quantitative causal-comparative approach, data were collected from 94 contract lecturers selected through the Slovin formula. The questionnaire consisted of 20 items covering four variables: organizational justice, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and turnover intention, measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 software to test the measurement and structural models. The results indicate that organizational justice has no significant effect on job satisfaction (p = 0.444) and turnover intention (p = 0.229). Employee engagement has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction (p = 0.030) and a significant negative effect on turnover intention (p = 0.009). Meanwhile, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention (p = 0.966), and mediation testing shows that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between organizational justice or employee engagement and turnover intention. These findings suggest that employee engagement is the dominant factor influencing turnover intention, while organizational justice and job satisfaction play limited roles. The study recommends future research to include additional mediating variables such as organizational commitment or leadership support to provide a more comprehensive understanding of turnover determinants in educational institutions.

Abstract

The community service activity aims to enhance the capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Danger Village, Masbagik District, in utilizing digital marketing strategies to improve their competitiveness amid the evolving digital era. However, the low level of digital literacy and the limited ability of MSME actors to leverage online marketing platforms have constrained local products from reaching wider markets. Therefore, this program provides comprehensive digital marketing training, including an introduction to digital marketing, the use of social media, marketing content creation, and product branding implementation. This initiative is intended to equip MSME actors with practical skills to develop more effective marketing strategies. The implementation method involves interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice to ensure optimal learning outcomes. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, their ability to create promotional content, and increased confidence in utilizing digital media for product promotion. Furthermore, the training also fosters the development of a digital-based MSME ecosystem in Danger Village as a foundation for strengthening the local economy. This activity is expected to serve as a starting point for supporting the sustainability of digital transformation among MSMEs and to encourage stronger collaboration between village authorities, business actors, and educational institutions in promoting community-based economic development at the village level.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (OSH) is a fundamental right of workers that must be guaranteed by every employer by ensuring effective and professional risk management. In the context of the BMN Tanjung Wangi pier pile driving project in Banyuwangi, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) plays a crucial role in controlling potential occupational hazards. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of SOP and JSA implementation in risk management during the project. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection through in-depth interviews and field observations of parties directly involved in the project, such as planners, supervisors, technicians, and workers. The results of the study show that PT Lombok Karya Perkasa (LKP) has successfully developed and implemented SOPs and JSAs as effective work guidelines for identifying, assessing, and controlling risks. The use of SOPs and JSAs significantly helps in managing hazards, such as the risk of falling, being hit by materials, and equipment damage, which have the potential to cause work accidents. With consistent implementation, it is hoped that the pile driving project can run more safely and efficiently.
