The rapid advancement of digital technology and ongoing social changes have driven significant transformations in the modern workplace. The emergence of Generation Z, a cohort that has grown up in the digital era, introduces distinct characteristics compared to previous generations, particularly in terms of mindset, work preferences, and technology utilization. This shift requires organizations to adapt their management paradigms in order to remain relevant and competitive. This study aims to analyze how the characteristics of Generation Z influence changes in modern management paradigms. The research employs a literature review method by examining various scholarly sources, including journals, research reports, and credible publications published between 2018 and 2026. The data are analyzed descriptively to identify patterns, trends, and relationships between Generation Z characteristics and contemporary management practices. The findings indicate that Generation Z tends to value work flexibility, the use of digital technology, and collaborative and open work environments. In addition, this generation emphasizes the importance of work-life balance and meaningful work. These changes encourage organizations to adopt more agile management approaches, enhance participative leadership, and leverage technology in human resource management. In conclusion, Generation Z plays a significant role in driving the transformation of modern management paradigms. Organizations need to adapt to the characteristics of this generation through innovation, flexibility, and the effective use of technology in order to survive and thrive in the digital era.
