Abstract

As a service provider to the community, PT PLN (Persero) always develop them selves in order to provide better service to all stakeholders. The best servicce will be realized if employees have high performance. In the reality, the performance phenomenon of employees has not been optimal. Judging from human resource management, communication and work motivation are the variables that can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of communication and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Service Unit and Network Padalarang. Respondents were taken as many as 34 people, using questionnaire as an instrument to obtain data, and data analysis done descriptively and associative. The results obtained in this study is that if communication (X1) and work motivation (X2) increased then the tendency of employee performance (Y) to increase. In addition, there is influence of communication (X1) on employee performance (Y) positively and there is influence of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) positively. Result of the research t test communication variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) has bigger value compared than. It can be concluded that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through simultaneous test, hail calculation is obtained that the value of Fcount is bigger than Ftabel so that it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the independent variable of communication (X1) and work motivation (X2) are predictors simultaneously or together have significance with the dependent variable of employee performance (Y). Thus it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by communication and work motivation.

Abstract

Abstract - In high school learners coaching role not only through academic activities but also done through the activities of the organization. An organization for students is a control device in action. Organizations can also be the basis for learners as members in taking an action or decision. Foster a culture of self-organization of the learners is important, because the role of the learners can develop in the school organization. A descriptive study that cointain of, interviews, observation, and documentation is applied in this research. The findings of the study manifest that learning social studies can provide a significant role in fostering organizational culture learners, the materials provided to the students a lot to contribute in particular to build to learn, socialization, organization, leadership, attitude, responsibility and other social skills that it is needed when students are in an organization. Thus, learning social studies in school scan mentor students in developing organizational culture for learners through the strategy learning that associatesocial studies with the organization's goals in school. Abstrak - Di sekolah menengah peran pembinaan peserta didik bukan hanya melalui kegiatan akademik tetapi dilakukan pula melalui kegiatan organisasi.Organisasi bagi peserta didik merupakan wadah untuk melakukan suatu tindakan. Organisasi dapat pula sebagai dasar untuk peserta didik sebagai anggota dalam mengambil suatu tindakan atau keputusan. Menumbuhkan budaya organisasi pada diri peserta didik sudah menjadi kewajiban dan seharusnya dilakukan oleh piihak sekolah, sebab keaktifan peserta didik mampu memberikan kontribusi pada perkembangan organisasi di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Pembelajaran IPS dalam membina budaya organisasi peserta didik. Studi ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta tehnik penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dalam pengkajian menunjukan pembelajaran IPS dapat memberikan peran yang cukup signifikan dalam membina budaya organisasi peserta didik, pembelajaran dikelas banyak memberikan kontribusi khususnya dalam membangun sikap toleransi, sosialisasi, keorganisasian, kepemimpinan, sikap tanggungjawab dan keterampilan-keterampilan sosial lainnya yang sangat dibutuhkan ketika peserta didik berada dalam suatu organisasi. Dengan demikian pembelajaran IPS di sekolah berperan dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi peserta didik melalui strategi pembelajaran, mengaitkan materi pembelajaran IPS dengan tujuan organisasi di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran Etos kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Trans Berjaya Khatulistiwa Cimahi yang berjumlah 52 orang. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan analisis jalur dengan metode SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja memediasi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja memdiasi komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan, menjaga serta memperbaiki gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan etos kerja dalam perusahaan agar lebih harmonis dan efektif, sehingga kinerja karyawan akan meningkat dan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dengan optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study uses primary data which includes questions in the form of a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale. The research sample is 133 students who had completed introductory accounting courses. The results showed that emotional intelligence had an effect of 64,4% on students understanding of accounting and learning interest had an effect of 72,2% on students understanding of accounting, simultaneously emotional intelligence and student learning interest had a positive and significant impact on the level of accounting of faculty students economics study program of management and accounting at Pasim National University.

Abstract

Education is one of the main means to develop the potential or abilities possessed by the younger generation of a country, so that they can become qualified individuals and benefit society. The purpose of the research is to find out what factors influence the interest of vocational students to continue their education to college. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively and used frequency distribution to analyze responses from 47 students of class XII Computer & Network Engineering Department at SMK Islam Assalafiyah. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students have a higher interest in continuing their education to college, and internal factors, especially the drive to achieve a successful career, are the main causes of this interest.

Abstract

The leadership of the Citatah Village Head plays an important role in developing the community of Citatah Village, Cipatat District West Bandung, the village head is the main key in driving human resource developmentin the village environment. Through data collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis involving village heads, village officials and village communities. The author can provide an overview of the Citatah Village Head, namely that the village head is able to play an active role in human resource development programs, building awareness and the spirit of community participation through effective communication and collaboration with the local community. The transformational leadership used by the village head makes working relationship and relations with the community more harmonious. The discipline applied by the village head can be accepted by every village official. However village officials have hopes of providing rewards from the village head for optimal performance carried out by village officials both in terms of service performance and development in the field. It is hoped that the provision of these rewards con further motivate the performance of existing village officials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puncak Pass Resort. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang karyawan dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Rumus pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regeresi berganda dengan software SPSS 18. Hasil dari pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 92,4% dan signifikan. Untuk besaran pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai memperoleh nilai sebesar 19,8% dan tidak signifikan dikarenakan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Sedangkan pengaruh secara simultan dari kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 72,8% sisanya 27,2% kinerja karyawan dipengaruh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen menjadi prioritas bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dan tertantang untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan setiap harinya. Kualitas layanan dan komunikasi pemasaran adalah proses yang tidak dapat diabaikan. Dari fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan komunikasi pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Amarta Sayap Merah Bandung Barat. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 67 orang dan kuesioner dibagikan sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan komunikais pemasaran terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dan komunikasi pemasaran (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) memiliki nilai lebih dari t tabel. Melalui pengujian secara simultan, hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F table yaitu 62,066>3,25 sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel bebas kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan komunikasi pemasaran (X2) merupakan predictor simultan atau signifikan secara Bersama-sama dengan variabel dependen kepuasan konsumen (Y). dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan komunikasi pemasaran.

Abstract

The research explains the relationship between employee recruitment and work placement on employee performance at CV Trans Berjaya, the research sample used is a saturated sample because population under 100. The research instrument used a questionnaire, tested data through partial and simultaneous tests, multiple regression test using SPSS 25 software. Partial test results revealed that variabel X1 recruitment affected employee performance by 0,722 or 72,2% and variable X2 work placement influenced performance employees by 0,631 0r 63,1%. And the simultaneous test of recruitment and work placement variables on employee performance has an impact of 0,731 or 73,1%. Thus, the performance of Trans Berjaya employees is influenced by recruitment and job placement. Variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect variable Y.

Abstract

This study the authors explain the effects of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Adira Semesta Industry, with a total sampel of 92 employees, data collection methode using a questionnaire with analysis using multiple regression and the results of a partial analysis of work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Workload variables have a significant impact on employee performance with respective influence sizes of 3,231 an 2,274 greater than the t table of 2,101. And the simultaneous test results show that the work environment and workload together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Adira Semesta Industry with F value of 32,520 > F Table 17,406.
