<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Learning Management System (LMS) quality and work-unit mentoring on training participant satisfaction, with learning engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on participants of the 2025 Priority Functional Technical Training at BP2TL Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 140 respondents determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that LMS quality has a positive effect on learning engagement and training participant satisfaction. Work-unit mentoring is also proven to have a positive effect on learning engagement and training participant satisfaction. In addition, learning engagement has a positive effect on training participant satisfaction. Compared to LMS quality, work-unit mentoring has a greater effect on learning engagement, while learning engagement is the strongest factor in shaping participant satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of LMS quality, strengthened mentoring, and increased participant engagement in the implementation of self-directed learning. This study provides implications for BP2TL Jakarta to continue developing the role of mentoring sustainably and improving LMS quality to support the competency development of civil servants (ASN).]]>
