Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the use of web-based information systems to support digital data management and activity documentation. This study aims to design a web-based information system for internship activity documentation at CV Rega Berkah Mandiri. The research method includes observation, system design, implementation, and testing using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the developed system facilitates more structured and efficient management of internship data and activity documentation while improving data storage and retrieval.
