<![CDATA[This community service activity focuses on the role of mediation institutions as mediators in reconciling and saving marriages for couples who have filed for divorce in religious courts. Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2016 mandates mediation within religious courts as a first step in preserving marriages. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the high rate of divorces filed through either divorce suits or divorce by divorce through divorce by divorce in religious courts. Meanwhile, the rate of marriage registration among productive-age individuals is declining. The program was implemented using a participatory, educational, and humanistic approach through the stages of preparation, outreach, and legal education. The activities focused on providing an understanding of marriage law, the causes of divorce, family resilience, and the role of mediation in resolving family conflicts. Outreach and legal education were conducted through presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions with the community. Therefore, public awareness and awareness of family law, particularly regarding marriage, must be continuously increased. Mediation institutions, as mediators, must be. Able to work more optimally. Adequate literacy guidance and certification as implementing officers will significantly support improved performance in implementing a humanistic approach, coupled with a culture of legal psychology in field administration.
