This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Bekasi Timur. The study employs a quantitave approach using an associative method. The research population consists of all 170 employee of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Bekasi Timur. Simple random sampling was used, applying Slovin’s formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in a sample of 124 respondent. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software (version 27). The results indicate that compensation does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Conversely, work discipline and workload have a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of employee at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Bekasi Timur. Simultaneously, compensation, work discipline, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance.
