Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, innovation capability on SMEs' Performance. The sample in this study is a shoe business owner in Bogor. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 230 questionnaires, and returned as many as 177 questionnaires so that the sample in this study was 177 respondents. The method used is SEM analysis with AMOS Version 23 software. The results show that there was a positive and significant influence between knowledge sharing on innovation capability. There was a positive and significant effect between knowledge sharing and innovation capability on performance. In the future, the shoe industry in Bogor City needs to improve knowledge sharing and innovation capability in order to improve business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing and trust on consumer loyalty to Shopee marketplace users in Bekasi City. The sample used in this study were 165 respondents using Shopee in Bekasi City, but only 154 respondents who met the requirements and could be analyzed further. Testing in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. The results show a high Goodness of Fit and simultaneous and individual testing also provides significant results. The results of data analysis show that experiential marketing and trust from users of the Shopee marketplace in Bekasi City have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Activity (Working Capital Turnover / WCT), Liquidity (Current Ratio / CR), and Solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio / DAR) on profitability (Return On Asset / ROA). Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria obtained as many as 13 companies with a research period of 5 years (2015-2019). The test method uses panel data regression analysis with Eviews version 9. Based on the results it is known that WCT has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, CR has a significant positive effect on ROA, and DAR has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA of construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada jasa pengiriman barang JNE Express di Pondok Gede. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lemeshow sebanyak 96 responden pengguna jasa pengiriman JNE Express di Pondok Gede. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi, korelasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya kontribusi kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 58,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research background was the decline of financing distribution ratio of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia as seen from the data of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) during the period of 2014 to 2019. In 2014, the Sharia Commercial Banks FDR was recorded at 86.66%, it went down to 79.10% in 2019, meanwhile according to Bank Indonesia’s regulation in 2019, the intermediation ratio for all banks should be in the range of 84 to 94%. Compared to Sharia Business Unit and Conventional Commercial Banks, Sharia Commercial Banks, during the research period, had a lower FDR. The low FDR of Sharia Commercial Bank showed that the role of intermediation was sub-optimal and that there was considerable room for finance expansion. Suspected factors affecting the distribution of financing of Sharia Commercial Banks in this researchwere limited to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Bonus of Bank Indonesia Certificates Syariah (SBIS), and Inflation. The results showed that the CAR, NPF, SBIS, and Inflation variables altogether had a significant effect on Sharia Commercial Bank Financing. While partially, only NPF variable had a significant effect on Sharia Commercial Bank Financing, with a regression coefficient of -2458,047, meaning that each 1% increase in the NPF will reduce Sharia Commercial Bank Financing by 2,458,047 billion Rupiah. The research results implication is that one way to optimize Sharia Commercial Bank financing in Indonesia is to reduce the level of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) at those banks

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, pricing strategy and strategic location on purchasing intention at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 85 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research subjects are consumers of this Department Store. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of product quality, pricing strategy and strategic location have a significant effect on dependent variable of purchasing intention (Y).

Abstract

This community service by the service team was carried out for the implementers of Group 3 Community Service Program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. This was done for MSME actors in Srimukti Village who had not been touched by forums and even the UMKM service. The majority of the livelihoods of the people of Srimukti village are farmers, some of the people of Srimukti village also have businesses that are classified as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) such as barbershops, stalls. This counseling and mentoring activity is targeted at MSME actors in Srimukti Village. This counseling and mentoring aims to motivate people to continue entrepreneurship and the importance of branding. Counseling according to is an explanation that emphasizes a certain object and the expected result is a change in the behavior of individuals or groups of people. Defines entrepreneurship as the ability to create something new and different. With entrepreneurship, in addition to having the opportunity to generate large income for entrepreneurs, it is also able to reduce the number of unemployed (Budy, 2017). According to branding is a name, term, sign, symbol, design or a combination of all that is intended to identify goods or services or groups of sellers and to differentiate from competing goods or services. This study uses qualitative, data analysis by observing and interviewing. The implementation of community service for MSMEs in Srimukti Village was carried out directly starting with counseling, namely approaching every business actor and then explaining the purpose of our team in holding this work program to advance MSMEs in Srimukti Village, explaining how important it is to have branding to prepare for business competition and shape public perception. After that, our team collected data and provided motivation to MSME business actors. Entrepreneurial motivation was conveyed with the aim that MSMEs in Srimukti Village could be motivated to grow their businesses even bigger.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu perkembangan yang terjadi adalah banyaknya individu mempunyai berbagai macam media sosial supaya tidak tertinggal dengan tren yang terjadi sekarang. Media sosial dapat menciptakan perubahan pada dunia penjualan dan pemasaran khusunya promosi dan periklanan. Rata-rata pelaku usaha bisnis saat ini mempromosikan penjualannya menggunakan media sosial yang banyak digunakan seperti Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran promosi yang digunakan Team Maraca. Maraca Books and Coffe menggunakan media sosial Facebook dan Instagram untuk melakukan promosi. Promosi di media sosial memiliki keuntungan tersendiri, biaya yang lebih murah dan kecepatan informasi yang diterima oleh pengguna media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam artikel ini, menyajikan data tanpa pemrosesan manipulasi atau pengolahan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan menggunakan media sosial memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan penjualan di Maraca Books and Coffe. Dengan memposting konten-konten promosi di Facebook dan Instagram Maraca Books and Coffe.
