This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City. This research employed a quantitative approach using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample consisted of 51 employees selected through a non-probability sampling method using the saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings provide insights for the management of the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City, to improve the quality of the work environment and implement more effective work discipline policies in order to enhance employee work productivity. Furthermore, this study offers practical implications for improving employee productivity and organizational effectiveness, and serves as a reference for future research in the field of human resource management.
