This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Pakulonan Barat Village Office. The study employed a quantitative research method using a Likert-scale questionnaire as the research instrument. The sample consisted of 42 employees selected through a non-probability sampling method using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation do not have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that the existing work environment is perceived by employees as sufficiently adequate, and therefore it is not a primary factor influencing their performance. In addition, the compensation provided is considered to be in accordance with applicable regulations and distributed fairly among employees, making it less likely to serve as a major driver of performance improvement. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for the Pakulonan Barat Village Office in its efforts to enhance employee performance and as a reference for future research in the field of human resource management.
