Objectives: The aim of this study is to report a compound odontoma on periapical, occlusal, and panoramic radiographs. Case Report: An 11-year-old male patient presented to the Department of Pedodontics at Trisakti Dental and Oral University and Hospital Jakarta with dental caries and an unerupted upper left anterior tooth. Upon performing a periapical, panoramic, and occlusal examination, a round, radiopaque lesion with multiple denticle-like structures, surrounded by a thin radiolucent band and corticated border, was located at the apical area of the maxillary left deciduous incisors and canine, and coronal to the unerupted permanent incisors. After redirection of the patient to undergo a Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan, the lesion was found to measure approximately 14.9 × 11.7 × 10.9 mm. The lesion caused impaction of the upper left central and lateral incisors and thinning of the palatal cortical plate due to its proximity to the incisive foramen. CBCT imaging confirmed the presence of a compound odontoma, characterized by multiple small tooth-like structures, which disrupted normal tooth eruption. Conclusion: CBCT can give better information regarding three different planes of view and cause less distortion than its two-dimensional counterpart, which is an important step to get a treatment plan more fit for the patient.
