Abstract

Bandar Lampung City still faces limitations in the provision of Green Open Space (RTH) which has not met the minimum requirement of 30% as mandated in Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning. This condition encourages the need to optimize the function of city parks through the implementation of the green infrastructure concept as part of efforts to realize a sustainable city. This study aims to identify the infrastructure conditions in Kalpataru Park and Dipangga Park. The study used a mixed methods approach with qualitative descriptive analysis. Data were obtained through field observation and documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to identify existing conditions, and Likert scale analysis was used to measure stakeholder perceptions of environmental, social, and economic aspects. The results showed that Kalpataru City Park has been equipped with various supporting facilities, such as a plaza, jogging track, pedestrian path, children's play area, public toilets, irrigation system, parking area, and security post. Meanwhile, Dipangga Park still has limited facilities, especially in the aspect of jogging track, permanent children's play area, public toilets, retention pond, irrigation system, and park management post. In general, both parks have the potential to support the implementation of green infrastructure, but improvements in facilities and management are needed, especially in Dipangga Park, so that ecological, social, and economic functions can run more optimally and Kalpataru City Park shows a more optimal impact in supporting the concept of green infrastructure compared to Dipangga Park because it has more complete facilities and a higher level of utilization. Nevertheless, both parks have an important role in supporting the realization of a sustainable Bandar Lampung City through improving environmental quality, strengthening community social functions, developing local economic activities, and providing public spaces that support community welfare.
