<![CDATA[The construction industry is one of the sectors with a high risk of occupational accidents, making the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture an important aspect in supporting project success. This study aims to analyze the level of implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture in the Construction Project of the Sunter Hulu TIU Reservoir/Embung Water Management System and its supporting facilities, examined through three main aspects: Occupational Safety and Health (K3) training and socialization, leadership in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) implementation, and worker compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a total sampling technique involving 52 project workers. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, observation, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using scores and percentages. The results show that the training and socialization variable obtained an average of 84.8% (Very Good category), the leadership variable obtained 80.7% (Good category), and the worker compliance variable obtained 85.04% (Very Good category). Overall, these results indicate that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture has been well implemented in this project, although leadership role-modeling in safe work behavior still has room for improvement.]]>
