In addition, optimal performance in the police organisation cannot be separated from leadership factors. The study was conducted on 232 personnel. The results of the study indicate that professionalism affects performance moderated by transformational leadership. Based on the data analysis results, it was found that the fourth hypothesis was accepted. This is based on the p-value and t-statistic in the inner model analysis of the specific indirect effect output, where the p-value is 0.017 < 0.05, and the t-statistic is 2.390 > 1.96. With an effect size of 0.128 (12.8%). Alternatively, it can be seen in the comparison between the direct effect of Professionalism on Performance, which has an effect value of -0.110 (-11%), smaller than the indirect effect of Professionalism on Performance through Transformational Leadership which has an indirect effect value of 0.128 (12.8%).
