<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the dynamics of children's Emotional Security toward their older sibling caregivers at Orphanage X and evaluate the effectiveness of an Emotional Security-based psychosocial intervention program in improving children's emotional well-being. The study employed a Mixed Method approach with a One Group Pre-test–Post-test design, involving 12 participants aged 6–11 years. Quantitative measurements were conducted using an adaptation of the Kerns's Security Scale (KSS), while qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations involving three children with low Emotional Security scores and one older sibling caregiver. The intervention focused on strengthening children's emotional security through activities designed to promote emotional expression, trust, positive interaction, and supportive relationships with their caregivers. The findings indicate that the Emotional Security-based intervention has potential to improve children's emotional well-being and provide a stronger foundation for developing positive emotional relationships within the orphanage environment. The qualitative findings further suggest that children's emotional security is influenced by the consistency of caregiver responses, opportunities for emotional expression, and the availability of supportive interactions. However, the formation of deeper and more stable emotional bonds requires consistent and ongoing support.]]>
