This study aims to examine the effect of training programs (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) at Koperasi Sinergi Jaya Andalan, a savings-and-loan cooperative in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. A quantitative associative approach was employed. The population comprised all 65 permanent employees, and a saturated sampling (census) technique was applied so that all 65 employees served as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, the product-moment correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and the t-test and F-test with SPSS version 25. Partial results show that the training program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-count 32.899 > t-table 1.66940; R² = 94.5%), and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect (t-count 43.810 > t-table 1.66940; R² = 96.8%), indicating that work discipline is the more dominant predictor. Simultaneously, training programs and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F-count 1,122.420 > F-table 3.15; R² = 97.3%), while the remaining 2.7% is explained by other factors outside the model. It is therefore concluded that improving the relevance of training programs together with strengthening work discipline is an effective strategy for enhancing employee performance in cooperative institutions.
