<![CDATA[The relocation of street vendors from Ir. H. Djuanda Street to Dewi Sartika Street is an effort by the Sukabumi City Government to organize the informal sector. This study aimed to describe post-relocation conditions, assess policy targeting, and evaluate the policy from a best practice perspective. A descriptive quantitative design involved 100 respondents consisting of street vendors and non-vendor community members. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS based on William N. Dunn’s six evaluation criteria. The results showed that implementation was categorized as fairly good. Most vendors occupied the designated site, although supporting facilities remained limited and several vendors occasionally returned to the former location. The site was also occupied by new vendors. The policy met the effectiveness and impact criteria, but sustainability and participation still required improvement. Therefore, the policy cannot yet be fully categorized as a best practice.]]>
