Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's growth and development, especially during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). One of the main factors causing stunting is mothers' lack of knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding and appropriate complementary foods (MP-ASI). This activity aims to improve mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and MP-ASI as an effort to prevent stunting in infants and toddlers in RW 06, Kertamaya Village, Bogor City. The method used was community midwifery intervention practices through health education to 30 mothers with infants and toddlers. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to assess changes in respondents' levels of knowledge. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in knowledge, with an average pre-test score of 57.67 and a post-test score of 91.33, and a percentage increase of 58.37%. This indicates that health education regarding exclusive breastfeeding and MP-ASI is effective in improving mothers' understanding regarding stunting prevention.
