Kedai Kopi Mbah Buyut still implements a manual ordering and transaction recording process, potentially leading to recording errors, service delays, and difficulties in data management and sales reporting. This study aims to develop a QR Code-based digital ordering system integrated with a web-based cashier application to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The development was carried out using the Waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The application was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Evaluation was carried out using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of Black Box Testing showed that all functions run according to functional requirements. Meanwhile, the results of UAT involving 22 respondents obtained a feasibility score of 87.02% with a Very Feasible category. The results of the study indicate that the application is able to improve the efficiency of the ordering and transaction process, reduce the risk of recording errors, and simplify data management and sales reporting. Thus, the developed application is suitable for use as a digital solution to support culinary business operations.
