This study analyzes the educational program development strategy at SMP BP Tahfidz At Taubah Batam through a SWOT analysis and strategic mapping approach. Using a qualitative case study method, data were collected through documentation and document analysis, including the School Operational Curriculum, the Foundation's Strategic Plan, and Dapodik data. The findings indicate that the school has formulated its educational program development strategies based on a comprehensive analysis of internal and external conditions. The resulting SWOT matrix maps four main strategies: utilizing strengths to seize opportunities, overcoming weaknesses by exploiting opportunities, using strengths to face threats, and minimizing weaknesses while avoiding threats. The implementation of these strategies makes learning more enjoyable, challenging, and aligned with students' needs, while also creating a sustainable competitive advantage. Thus, the school is able to position itself as an educational institution with a strong differentiation amidst inter-school competition in Batam City.
