<![CDATA[Partnerships between Vocational High Schools (SMK) and the business and industrial sectors (DUDI) are crucial for aligning vocational education with workforce needs. This study aims to analyze partnership management in Field Work Practice (PKL) activities, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate an effective PKL partnership management model for vocational schools in the Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpandan and SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpandan. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving principals, vice-principals for industry relations, heads of expertise programs, supervising teachers, and industry partners. Data validity was verified using source and technique triangulation, while data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PKL partnership management was implemented through the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC). Key supporting factors included curriculum synchronization with industry needs, effective communication and cooperation between schools and industry partners, industry support, student preparation, and the matching of student competencies with PKL locations. Conversely, inhibiting factors included a limited number of relevant industry partners, issues regarding students' mental readiness and soft skills, limited school human resources, and monitoring challenges caused by geographical conditions and discrepancies between academic calendars and industry requirements. The study produced a collaborative PKL partnership management model based on the "link-and-match" principle, integrating POAC functions, work-based learning principles, and continuous improvement to enhance the work readiness of vocational school graduates.]]>
