Purpose – This study aims to examine the effects of destination image, facilities, and accessibility on tourists' revisit intention to the Simpang Lima Gumul area in Kediri Regency. Design/Methodology/Approach – This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design. Data were collected from 155 visitors to the Simpang Lima Gumul area aged at least 17 years using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. The relationships among the variables were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings – The results indicate that destination image, facilities, and accessibility each have a positive and significant effect on tourists' revisit intention. These findings suggest that favorable destination perceptions, supported by adequate facilities and convenient accessibility, are essential drivers of tourists' intention to revisit and contribute to destination sustainability. Originality/Value – This study contributes to the tourism marketing literature by integrating destination image, facilities, and accessibility into a single empirical model within the context of a developing local tourism destination. The findings extend the understanding of revisit intention in regional tourism and provide practical guidance for destination managers in prioritizing destination branding, infrastructure improvement, and accessibility enhancement to foster sustainable tourist loyalty.
