<![CDATA[The current investigation is intended to assess the influence populacesize, economic growth, education level, and the influence of the rate of open unemployment on poverty incidence in Probolinggo Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary longitudinal data covering the period 2010–2024 retrieved from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Multiple regression analysis was utilized to assess the effects of the explanatory variables on the poverty rate. The evidence indicatethat population size Likewise, economic development shows no statistically significant impact on the poverty level., while education level likewise does not show a significant effect. Meanwhile, open unemployment is the only statistically significant variable in the estimated model. These findings indicate that unemployment is a more dominant factor affecting the poverty rate compared to the other variables. Therefore, poverty alleviation efforts should focus on expanding employment opportunities and raising the standard of the labor force.]]>
