Abstract

The success of the integrated agribusiness system of a commodity must be followed by an increase in farmers' bargaining position, as well as common problems encountered in Tambakmas Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency as the Jeruk Pamelo production center. The development of the Pamelo orange plant has several problems, namely having a weak position and not being able to improve the bargaining position of farmers because it is still in the form of a social institution (ie a farmer group), and has not yet become a socioeconomic institution (cooperative). In many countries, farmer cooperatives not only increase production, productivity and product quality, but also lead to an increase in the welfare and quality of life of their members. This study specifically aims to develop the Jeruk Pamelo farmer cooperative in Tambakmas Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency. This study uses a SWOT analysis used to formulate a strategy, followed by a mapping of strategies to develop a Pamelo orange farmer cooperative in accordance with its character. This method is because the population to be studied is quite large, namely 150 people. The number of samples used in this study was 30 people. The results showed that based on the overall SWOT Analysis, Gapoktan institutional development was in Cell / Quadrant I. In that position the appropriate strategy was Growth Strategy, then the Grand Strategy could be formulated as follows: Formation of Pamelo Orange Cooperative, Pamelo orange agro-tourism development, Capital development farmer groups, and FOBIO development of Pamelo oranges.DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/adv.v8i2.1931

Abstract

The potential and economic superiority in each region can be a source for economic growth. The advantages of economic sectors in the region can be a tool of economic growth and can be an important factor in creating new business fields so that they are able to absorb labor in the area. One of the initiators of high economic growth in one area is marked by the level of GDRP in the area. This research aims to identify the leading sector located in Pasuruan Regency as well as its relationship with labor absorption and also compare the absorption of labor in the leading sector and non-seeded sector. This type of data used in this study is secondary data in the period 2010 to 2019 and is processed using location quotient (LQ), simple linear regression and shift share. Based on the results of research, the leading sector in Pasuruan Regency is the processing industry sector; electricity, gas, and clean water sectors; The construction sector has a positive and significant effect on the absorption of labor, while the remaining 6 sectors fall into the non-flagship sector, namely, Agriculture; Mining, and Excavation; Trade, Hotels and Restaurants; Transportation and Communication; Finance, Rentals, Corporate Services; Services negatively and significantly affect the absorption of labor.

Abstract

AbstrakRiset ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis: 1. pengaruh Modal, Jumlah Unit Usaha, Nilai Investasi, dan Upah Minimum Kerja (UMK) terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industry kecil menegah di KabupatenTuban 2. perkembangan modal, jumlah unit usaha, nilai investasi dan upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Tuban .Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tuban dan jenis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah industri kecil menengah di Kabupaten Tuban dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 45 industri. Riset ini menerapkan analisis regresi berganda (OLS) menggunakan program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, jumlah unit usaha mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, Nilai Investasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan Upah minimum tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sector Industri Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Tuban. Riset ini mempunyai tingkat keakuratan senilai 97,3% dan sisanya2,7% mendapatkan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak penelitikaji. Kata Kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Investasi, Unit Usaha, UMK. Abstract This research aims to analyze: 1. the influence of Capital, Number of Business Units, Investment Value, and Minimum Work Wage (UMK) on employment in small and medium industries in Tuban Regency 2. capital development, number of units, investment value and minimum wage on the absorption of labor in small and medium industries in Tuban Regency. This research was conducted in Tuban Regency and the type of research data used was quantitative where the data was obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives, Tuban Regency. The population in this study are small and medium industries in Tuban Regency and the sample used is 45 industries. This research applies multiple regression analysis (OLS) using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results of the analysis show that capital has a significant effect on employment. Investment value has a significant effect on employment and the minimum wage does not show a significant effect on employment in the Small and Medium Industry sector in Tuban Regency. This research measures the level of accuracy of 97.3% and the remaining factor, 7% is influenced by other influences that are not detrimental. Keywords: Labor, Investment, Business Unit, MSE

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu negara atau wilayah dalam bidang pembangunan manusia. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia merupakan salah satu ukuran kesejahteraan masyarakat yang dapat dilihat dari tiga indikator yang terdiri dari kesehatan, pendidikan dan standar hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Belanja Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Jenis data yang didapatkan adalah data bersifat kuantitatif yang bersumber dari Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data time series mulai dari tahun 2009-2019 dengan menggunakan software SPSS Statistic versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen yang terdiri dari Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Belanja Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial, variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Belanja Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, serta variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Khusus tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia.

Abstract

Pengembangan suatu tempat yang dijadikan daerah pariwisata diharapkan menjadi sumber dan potensi kegiatan ekonomi yang dapat diandalkan yang mampu menggalakan kegiatan ekonomi termasuk kegiatan sektor lain sehingga lapangan pekerjaan, pendapatan masyarakat, pendapatan dan daerah, serta penerimaan devisa meningkat melalui upaya pengembangan dan pembangunan berbagai potensi kepariwisataan nasional dengan tetap memelihara kepribadian bangsa dan kelestarian fungsi serta mutu lingkungan hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis komponen penawaran pariwisata di objek wisata Waerebo, serta mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan dan besarnya potensi ekonomi lokal di Waerebo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan gabungan keempatnya. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yakni pengoptimalisasian wisata di kampung adat Waerebo dapat diterapkan melalui pengembangan-pengembangan fasilitas, baik fasilitas ketika akan menuju pada wisata kampung adat Waerebo.

Abstract

Pengembangan tanaman jeruk pamelo di Desa Tambakmas memiliki dua sisi kontradiktif, terdapat kendala seperti halnya rendahnya tingkat produktivitas dan kualitas buah, perilaku petani dalampenggunaan pestisida kimia dan jalur pemasaran dikuasai pengepul, sedangkan potensi desadengan jumlah penduduk dan sumber daya alam pendukungnya menjadi peluang untukdimanfaatkan melalui usulan skim hibah Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat UnggulanPerguruan Tinggi (PPMUPT). Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan bermaksud untukmengidentifikasi persepsi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Jeruk Pamelo Organikberbasis Biopestisida. Informasi data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dari sebaran kuesionerselanjutnya diproses dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif kualitatif dan penyajiannya didukungoleh software MS. Excel 2013 dan IBM SPSS Ver. 23. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakatPersepsi internal berhasil terbentuk dari masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam pengembangandesa wisata jeruk pamelo organik adalah mereka telah berumur 40 tahun dan atau lebih,berjenjang pendidikan terbanyak adalah SLTA atau sederajat serta memiliki motivasi pokok yaitumeningkatkan pendapatan sambil tetap mempertahankan produktivitas jeruk pamelo yangdibudidayakannya. Eksistensi pengembangan desa wisata jeruk pamelo organik dipersepsikansecara baik pada indikator dukungan kelompok tani dan dukungan Tim PPMUPT. Sebaliknya,indikator dukungan pemerintah desa dipersepsikan biasa saja, karena mereka mengganggapdukungan pemerintah baik desa maupun kabupaten belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapanmasyarakat.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the benchmarks that can be used to increase the development of a region from various economic sectors, which indirectly describes the level of economic change, economic growth means the development of activities in the economy that causes goods and services to be produced to increase and the prosperity of society to increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for economic growth in East Java Province, especially in Trenggalek Regency, to be used as a driver for economic growth and regional development in East Java Province. The analysis of this research is descriptive quantitative research. The data used in this study are secondary data and time series. Using the Shift Share analysis tool. Based on the average results of the Shift Share (Regional Potential) analysis which encouraged the growth of the Provincial Gross Regional Domestic Product in 2017-2018 in Trenggalek Regency as many as 13 sectors, while in 2018-2019 there were 12 sectors, while the sectors that grew relatively fast (Proportional Shift ) at the provincial level in 2017-2018 there were 9 sectors in Trenggalek Regency, while in 2018-2019 there were 10 sectors, and there were 14 Sectors that had a Locational advantage (Differential Shift) in 2017-2018 in Trenggalek Regency, while in 2018-2019 as many as 9 sectors.

Abstract

Developments in this new normal era, namely during the COVID-19 virus pandemic, one by one modern retail markets, large, micro, to small began to experience a decline in income. in this new normal. the impact of the rapid development of technology in this new normal era is the rise of digital marketing, especially Instagram. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of promotions using Instagram media. Promotional effectiveness is measured by the AIDA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The sample in this study was 35 active Instagram account owners who followed at least one account. Data analysis method using validity and reliability test of data and one-sample t-test. The results of the study reveal that by using Instagram, SME actors can market industrial products to increase economic needs in this new normal period, especially SME actors in RW 05 Made Surabaya. resulting industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of basic and non-basic sectors, economic sector growth, regional types when viewed from economic growth, as well as how investment affects the basic and non-basic sectors in Cilacap Regency and Sukoharjo Regency in Central Java Province. This study uses time series data with a period of 4 years, namely the period 2016-2019. The analysis technique used is LQ (Location Quetient) analysis, Shift-Share, Klassen typology, simple linear regression analysis using spss 13.0. Based on the results of the LQ analysis, it was revealed that Sukoharjo Regency is a district that is superior to that of Cilacap Regency in terms of the number of its leading sectors. The growth of the economic sectors of the two districts has increased and decreased every year. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it shows that investment has a significant effect on the growth of the basic and non-basic sectors in the two districts.

Abstract

The objectives of this study, among others: to determine the economic driving sectors, sectors with higher growth than the same sector, sectors experiencing higher growth from different sectors and basic sectors, in Madiun Regency, Magetan Regency, Ponorogo Regency, and the City of Madiun. The results showed that the sectors that drive in four districts/cities are the information & communication sector, financial services & insurance, education services, health services & social activities. The sector that has shifted a lot in the four regencies/cities in the financial services & insurance sector.
