This research study is entitled "Implementation of the Simpangsari Cares for the Environment (Simple TPST) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Integrated Waste Processing Site Program at PT. Indonesian Railways for Community Development (Case study of residents of RW 01 Kel. Sukamiskin, Kec. Arcamanik, Bandung City)" aims to explain how the implementation of the Simple TPST program which is a CSR program of PT. KAI for community development. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. In selecting informants, researchers used purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation of the results of observations at the Simple TPST. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the program is ongoing to date and even the future plans for this Simple TPST will be used as a foundation so that it can manage external waste, and have a good impact on community development
