<![CDATA[The electric motorcycle ecosystem in Indonesia is expanding, yet 2025 sales stood at 55,059 units, down 28.6% from 77,078 units in 2024, and still accounted for less than one percent of national motorcycle sales, leaving vocational high schools (SMK) with automotive programmes short of practical media for this topic. SMK Negeri 3 Karawang faced three problems: teachers' understanding of electric motorcycle architecture was uneven, inspection practice still relied on conventional electrical habits that carry risk on battery-voltage systems, and the school lacked practical media for safe repeated training. This community service programme donated one electric motorcycle simulator trainer unit to the school and trained teachers to operate it through competency-based training held on 23 June 2026, comprising material exposure, demonstration, and hands-on practice, with occupational health and safety (K3) included as training content. Evaluation used a 15-item satisfaction questionnaire on a 1-to-4 scale and a 10-item multiple-choice knowledge test completed by five participating teachers. The mean questionnaire score was 3.80 out of 4.00, categorised as very good, with no item scoring below 3. The mean test score was 184 out of 200, ranging from 170 to 200. Of the 50 test responses analysed, 43 were correct; six items were answered correctly by all participants, while the item on battery specifications was answered correctly by only one participant. The main finding is a split in participant mastery by item type: all participants answered the procedural and occupational safety items correctly, whereas only one answered the battery specification item correctly, directing follow-up mentoring towards reading the technical specification sheet rather than towards operating procedures. The limited number of respondents means the results describe the five teachers who completed the instruments rather than all vocational teachers at the partner school. ABSTRAK Ekosistem sepeda motor listrik di Indonesia berkembang, tetapi penjualannya pada 2025 tercatat 55.059 unit, turun 28,6% dari 77.078 unit pada 2024, dan porsinya masih di bawah satu persen dari total penjualan sepeda motor nasional, sehingga sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) program keahlian otomotif belum banyak memiliki media praktik untuk topik ini. SMK Negeri 3 Karawang menghadapi tiga persoalan, yaitu pemahaman guru terhadap arsitektur sepeda motor listrik yang belum merata, praktik pemeriksaan yang masih mengacu pada kebiasaan kelistrikan konvensional, padahal berisiko terhadap sistem bertegangan baterai, dan ketiadaan media praktik untuk berlatih berulang secara aman. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghibahkan satu unit trainer simulator sepeda motor listrik kepada sekolah dan melatih guru menggunakannya melalui pelatihan berbasis kompetensi pada 23 Juni 2026, mencakup pemaparan materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) sebagai salah satu materi. Evaluasi menggunakan angket kepuasan 15 butir berskala 1 sampai 4 dan tes pengetahuan pilihan ganda 10 butir yang diisi oleh lima guru peserta. Rerata skor angket sebesar 3,80 dari 4,00 pada kategori sangat baik, tanpa satu pun butir bernilai di bawah 3. Rerata skor tes sebesar 184 dari 200, dengan rentang 170 sampai 200. Dari 50 jawaban tes yang dianalisis, 43 jawaban benar; enam butir dijawab benar oleh seluruh peserta, sedangkan butir tentang spesifikasi baterai hanya dijawab benar oleh satu peserta. Temuan utamanya adalah penguasaan peserta yang terbelah menurut jenis materi: butir prosedural dan butir keselamatan kerja dikuasai seluruh peserta, sedangkan butir hafalan spesifikasi baterai dikuasai satu peserta, sehingga pendampingan lanjutan diarahkan pada pembacaan lembar spesifikasi teknis dan bukan pada prosedur pengoperasian. Jumlah responden yang terbatas membuat hasil ini berlaku bagi lima peserta yang mengisi instrumen, bukan bagi seluruh guru produktif sekolah mitra.]]>
