<![CDATA[This research aims to assess the extent to which the strategies implemented are able to meet the needs of students and society, while adjusting to the development of science, technology, and global dynamics that continue to change. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, which is chosen to describe in detail the processes, policies, and practices implemented in the context of National Knowledge Standard (SNP) fulfillment. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with purposively selected key informants. The results of the study show that MTs Negeri Sorong City is able to optimally utilize the available educational resources to achieve institutional goals. This is achieved through the implementation of strategies that are systematically designed and carried out efficiently, so that the learning process and education management take place more effectively. This study summarizes that the implementation of SNP in MTs Negeri Sorong City contributes significantly to improving the quality of institutions through a structured strategy, supported by the commitment of madrasah residents, effective leadership, and cooperation with stakeholders. Despite the challenges, continuous improvement and innovation are key in strengthening the quality of education and the ability of institutions to compete.]]>
