This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, risk tolerance, and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial intention of students at STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. The population consisted of all active students of the Management study program, with a sample of 67 respondents from the 2024 cohort selected through purposive sampling. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention (b₁ = 0.236; t = 2.674; sig = 0.010), risk tolerance has a positive and significant effect (b₂ = 0.337; t = 3.030; sig = 0.004), achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect (b₃ = 0.331; t = 3.092; sig = 0.003), and the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect with F = 14.193 (sig = 0.000) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.403. These findings imply that structured entrepreneurship education, a healthy tolerance for risk, and strong achievement motivation jointly strengthen students' intention to become entrepreneurs.
