This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on healthy food consumption decisions among students of STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. The study population comprised all active students of the Management Study Program from the 2023–2026 cohorts, with a sample of 67 respondents from the 2024 cohort selected using purposive sampling. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each variable individually and simultaneously. The results showed that lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on healthy food consumption decisions (b1 = 0.425; t = 3.864; sig. = 0.000). Reference groups also had a positive and significant effect on healthy food consumption decisions (b2 = 0.266; t = 2.066; sig. = 0.043). Simultaneously, lifestyle and reference groups had a significant effect on healthy food consumption decisions, with an F value of 14.367 (sig. = 0.000) and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.310. These findings indicate that healthy lifestyle habits and social influences from reference groups jointly contribute to shaping students' decisions to consume healthy food.
