Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing (X) on interest in repurchasing (Y) milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot. The sample in this study were consumers or buyers of Milo cheese at Kopiria in Tanah Grogot. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study were 60 people. Consumers or buyers as a sample of this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 21 questions. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) application.The results of the validity test stated that all statements consisting of 21 items were valid because rcount>rtable (0.2542). The results of the reliability test for all questions stated that reliability was acceptable because the Cronbach'alpha value> 0.6 or 0.791> 0.6.The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation, namely Y = 0.758 +- 0.035 X1+0.430X2 +- 0.007X3 + 0.461X4 + -0.015X5. Coefficient value correlation (R) of 0.783 means that between experiential marketing (X) has a strong relationship to repurchase intention (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.634, meaning that the variation in the experiential marketing variable (X) can contribute to repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot is 63.4% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100- 63.4)% = 36.6%. The simultaneous results (F test) show that the value of Fcount>Ftable (17.150>2.38) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the experiential marketing variable (X) on repurchase intention (Y). Then the results of the partial test (t test) show that the value of tcount > ttable on feel (X2) is 5.193> 2.004 and action (X4) is 4.567 > 2.004 which means there is an influence on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot while the value tcount < ttable on sense (X1), think (X3) and relate (X5) which means there is no effect on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot..

Abstract

Motivasi dan disiplin pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser masih terbilang rendah, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari absen untuk pegawai yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa ijin. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Responden yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 pegawai yang terdiri dari 25 orang pegawai negeri sipil dan 9 orang pegawai tidak tetap. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan sampling jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,302 yang berarti variabel yang diteliti memberikan pengaruh sebesar 30,2% terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser, sedangkan sisanya 69,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai Fhitung ˃ Ftabel atau 8,154 ˃ 3,3046 dan nilai probabilitas 0,001 ˂ 0,05. Menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Diharapkan kepada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik untuk terus memberikan motivasi kepada setiap pegawainya sehingga mereka bekerja dengan lebih baik lagi di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Paser Tanah Grogot. Based on the Validity Test which contains 26 statement items, it is declared valid, because rcount > rtable, with an rtable value of 0.3120. The results of the Reliability Test which contains 26 statement items are declared reliable, because the Cronbach alpha value is greater than 0.6 then the Multiple Linear Regression Equation which contains the value of each variable is Y = 1.488 - 0.001X1 + 0.313X2 - 0.035X3 - 0.216X4 + 0.560X5. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test (R), it shows a value of 0.760 and is in the Coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799, which means there is a strong influence between Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient (R2a) show a value of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) provide a percentage contribution or the contribution that influences the KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Paser Tanah Grogot is 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 9.295 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.49. So Fcount is 9.295 > Ftable value is 2.49 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Reliability variable (X2) is 3.341 with a significant level of 0.002, Empathy (X5) is 4.017 with a significant level of 0.000 which has an influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Direct Evidence (X1) is -0.007 with a significant level of 0.995, Responsiveness (X3) is -0.187 with a significant level of 0.853, and Guarantee (X4) is -1.819 with a significant level of 0.078 and has no effect on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the calculations above, the Empathy variable (X5) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a t value of 4.017 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, the second hypothesis in Chapter II which states that the Guarantee variable (X4) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) is not proven correct (H0 is accepted Ha is rejected).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the provision of incentives affects the performance of field agricultural extension officers at the Food Security and Extension Agency, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. From the results of research using the Simple Linear Regression method, it is known that the relationship between the provision of incentives and the performance of agricultural extension workers at the Food Security and Extension Agency of Paser Regency has a very strong influence, namely 81.2%. The magnitude of the variation in the contribution of incentives to improving the performance of field agricultural extension officers at the Paser Regency Food Security and Extension Agency was 66.0% while the remaining 34.0% was explained by other reasons not included in this study. The high percentage of other variables not included in this study, which is equal to 34.0%, which affects the performance of field agricultural extension officers at the Paser Regency Food Security and Extension Agency, can be caused by the increasing quality of its human resources, appropriate leadership management, appropriate work structure. as well as a comfortable and adequate work environment at the Food Security and Counseling Agency for Paser Regency. The benefits of this research can be used as input for those who need it, especially the Regional Government of Paser Regency and the Paser Regency Food Security and Extension Agency in an effort to improve the performance of field agricultural extension officers at the Paser Regency Food Security and Extension Agency to be used as material for evaluation and further thoughts, especially relating to the problem of incentives and the performance of field agricultural extension officers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Paser serta hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di lokasi yang sama. Sampel pengkajian adalah para pemberi kerja di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Paser. Sebanyak 48 sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Kepada pegawai yang menjadi sampel pengkajian dibagikan kuesioner yang berisi 26 pernyataan. Sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap respons kuesioner. Selaras dengan perolehan pengujian alat pengkajian yaitu kuesioner, sebanyak 26 item pernyataan dinyatakan valid karena rhitung > rtabel. Seluruh pernyataan dapat dipercaya, selain itu Cronbach's alpha > 0,60 (0,883 > 0,60). Y = 16,267 + 0,968 X1 + 0,452 X2 - 0,096) 1,355 X7 merupakan persamaan regresi linier berganda yang diperoleh. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,674 memaparkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kinerja pegawai dengan budaya organisasi (X) pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Paser. Kinerja pegawai DPMPTSP Kabupaten Paser dapat dijelaskan oleh Budaya Organisasi (X) sebesar 45,4%, sesuai dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,454. Sisanya (100-45,4)% = 54,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Uji F Simultan yaitu uji koefisien regresi secara bersama-sama memaparkan perolehan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 4,756 > 2,25 yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal tersebut memaparkan Budaya Organisasi (X) yang terdiri dari tujuh subvariabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada tahun 2023. Berdasarkan uji t parsial yang merupakan uji koefisien regresi, perolehan Inovasi dan Pengambilan Risiko (X1), Perhatian terhadap Detail (X2), Orientasi Hasil (X3), Orientasi Orang (X4), Orientasi Tim (X5), Agresivitas (X6), dan Kestabilan (X7) berturut-turut adalah 1,450, 0,799, 0,122, dan 0,719. Apabila perolehan thitung lebih besar dari perolehan ttabel yaitu 1,68385, maka thitung memiliki pengaruh dominan sehubungan dengan Kinerja Pegawai (Y), sehingga mengakibatkan penolakan H0 dan penerimaan Ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) which influence jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) on the performance of Civil Servants at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. From the research results, it was obtained that the validity test results of the total number of questions were 22 items, all of which had a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all questions were valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.881, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the research results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 1.152 + 0.338 X1 + 0.383 X2 is obtained. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.737, this shows that there is a strong relationship between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.543, which means that the Reward variable (X1) and Punishment variable (X2) can explain the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service by 54.3% while the remaining is 45. 7% is influenced by other variables not studied. From the results of the F Test, it is obtained that Fcount is 18.432 > Ftable 3.30 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Youth Service, Sports and Tourism in Paser Regency so that the first hypothesis is confirmed or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of the t test for the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) they have a significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that the Punishment variable (X2) has a dominant influence on Civil Servant Performance (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 2.758 and the smallest significance value of 0.010 so that the second hypothesis is proven or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
