Conflict between church ministers is an unavoidable social reality in the dynamics of church ministry. This study aims to analyze conflict between church ministers from the perspective of social conflict theory and to understand its resolution based on biblical principles. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach through the study of the Bible, theological books, scientific journals, and the opinions of experts such as Karl Marx, Lewis A. Coser, and Ralf Dahrendorf. The results of the study indicate that conflict is influenced by power struggles, jealousy, poor communication, differences in ministry vision, and spiritual immaturity. Conflict resolution must be carried out through love, forgiveness, healthy communication, humility, and reconciliation to create unity in the body of Christ and harmonious ministry.
