Pauh Angit Hulu Village possesses resources specifically 370 hectares of rice fields, a population of 510 buffalo, and bamboo that can be utilized to produce compost. The objective of this community service initiative was to enhance the skills of the "Seiya Sekata" farmer group in compost production. The methods employed included interactive outreach, dialogue, lectures, and hands-on practice. The outreach results showed an increase in understanding regarding the potential and benefits of rice straw waste, rising from 36.36% to 90.91% (categorized as "understanding"). Training and practical sessions yielded measurable results, with skill proficiency in the rice straw composting process reaching 67.86% (categorized as "satisfactory"). This activity is significant for reducing environmental pollution and improving welfare by managing and optimizing agricultural and livestock waste into compost.
