The objectives of this study are to: (1) analyze the level of landslide vulnerability in the Harian District of Samosir Regency and (2) determine the spatial distribution of landslide-prone areas in the Harian District of Samosir Regency. The population of this study is all villages in the Harian District. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling techniques by determining samples based on the physical characteristics of potential landslides, slope, rainfall, land use, soil type and geological conditions. Data is obtained through secondary data collection and direct measurements in the field. The data is then analyzed using scoring techniques, spatial analysis and description analysis. The results showed that: (1) the level of landslide vulnerability in District Harian varied from low to very high, and (2) the spatial distribution of landslide vulnerability was evenly distributed in the District Harian.
