This study aims to analyze the transformation of student administrative services at STISIP Imam Bonjol, transitioning from a conventional counter based service model to a self-service digital system. This research employs a literature review approach. Data collected by concepts and relevant studies to self-service technology, e-government, and digital transformation in the college. These concepts serve as a theoretical foundation to examine the driving factors behind self-service implementation, the emerging challenges, and the achievable outcomes in relatively small scale private campus. The findings reveal that self-service administrative systems can accelerate service delivery, enhance information transparency, and driving student satisfaction. Successful implementation necessitates adequate infrastructural support, user digital literacy, institutional commitment, and effective change management. Due to resource constraints, a phased and priority based digital transformation is more appropriate for STISIP Imam Bonjol than a rapid, comprehensive system overhaul. This strategy serves as a realistic step toward realizing a digital campus at STISIP Imam Bonjol.
