This study examines the process of resolving internet-based trade contract (e-commerce) disputes through online arbitration, based on Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The primary research focus is the implementation of Law No. 30 of 1999 in resolving disputes arising from breach of contract in electronic commerce, as well as the effectiveness of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism in providing legal certainty for the disputing parties. The research employs a normative-juridical method, utilizing both the statute approach and the conceptual approach. Primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials were gathered through literature review and subsequently analyzed using a qualitative, logical-deductive approach.
