<![CDATA[Local government management of commodity prices and cooperative records requires integrated, consistent, and searchable data. This community service activity aimed to develop and functionally validate a web-based integrated information system prototype for the Department of Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives of Nabire Regency. Requirements were derived from field observation, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews with two actual staff members representing the trade and cooperative divisions. Development followed an Agile approach through three iterations. The first iteration produced authentication, role-based access, user, market, commodity, and unit modules. The second produced commodity price recording, history, charts, search, and reports. The third produced cooperative profiles, institutional status, members, management, search, and reports. Black-box testing used controlled test data rather than operational agency records. Initial testing passed 13 of 14 scenarios (92.86%). After duplicate-price validation was corrected, all 14 scenarios passed. These results demonstrate functional conformity only. The prototype was not deployed in the partner’s operational environment, and data migration, training, assistance, usability testing, and user acceptance evaluation were not conducted.
