Abstract

The sophistication of current technology is evident in our daily lives. In Indonesia, the government supports digital-based programs aimed at modernizing life and improving the well-being of society. Conventional systems are transitioning to more efficient digital systems. A system, a collection of components working together to achieve specific tasks, is crucial; one such example is the attendance system. During an internship at the Nabire Regency Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), opportunities were observed to develop an application to streamline existing processes. The proposed web-based payroll application would calculate employee salaries based on attendance, enhancing the efficiency and organization of payroll and attendance systems at the Nabire Regency BPS.

Abstract

Nabire Regency is located in Papua Province, Nabire is one of the largest districts in Papua. Pkh is one of the programs handled by the Nabire Social Service office. This program still requires good management so that no errors occur. Management is usually defined as a manager's function, namely planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling. So it can be said that management is a process. The lack of good management at the Nabire District Social Service can lead to inevitable mistakes such as multiple KK numbers, multiple names, different NIK numbers from the IDKTP, this happens because of human error that cannot be avoided. To avoid this problem, it is recommended for the government social service office to provide guarantees that can make the assistant section work well in order to minimize human errors, such as adequate rest time, food allowances while working or salary increases so that employees who input can be more careful in inputting.

Abstract

The system of registration of assistance at the Department of Commerce is still manual. Abstract

Technological developments today are increasingly more sophisticated, the usage of one of the system technologies is a feature of a computer application. The service and performance of operators in inputting Social assistance data for the family hope program Social Welfare office of Nabire Regency affects the welfare of the people within the area itself. with the aid of using present computer technology, inputting records can be made easier through making it into an application. This web-based application aims to be able to offer facilities such as inputting data that is quite fast than before. web-based applications are one of the satisfactory convenience features that can be used these days, which is an element of this system's performance, particularly the internet, which can be easily accessed by everyone online in order that it truely saves time. With this in thoughts, the design of the application Product "web-based data OF RECIPIENTS OF THE web-based family program hope (PKH) BANSOS RECIPIENTS" that can make it easier for the public to check the names of beneficiaries of the own family hope program Social help recipients anywhere and anytime online.

Abstract

The efficiency of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Nabire Regency is faced with obstacles such as less than optimal service of citizenship administrative requirements documents that affect the smoothness of citizenship administration. The printing of citizenship administrative requirements documents such as forms and letters is still done manually and requires additional time which greatly affects the duration of service with a fairly large population level. Conventional concepts that are commonly applied, such as creating documents using Microsoft Word, do not balance time consistency and people's patience and satisfaction in waiting for the administration process per person. The purpose of this research is to utilize existing computer technology resources, where the document service needs are implemented into an application so that the speed of access and printing of documents will be more efficient. The design of web-based applications here uses the Waterfall type SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study are a web-based application that is easy to operate and quickly delivers results, as a technological facility that can assist in citizenship administration service activities that were previously done manually, to be faster. To test the feasibility of the application runs well, a testing phase is held using Black Box Testing with the test results showing that each application feature can run properly according to its function so that the system is considered good and ready to use.

Abstract

This incoming and outgoing mail management application is designed to help simplify the work of agenda staff, where mail management is the daily work of agenda staff in connection with office activities. Incoming mail management includes receiving incoming mail, checking it, recording it in the mailbox and filing it. Meanwhile, outgoing mail is managed from drafting to sending. The working system of this application is divided into two parts, namely incoming mail and outgoing mail. For incoming mail agenda, just record the date of recording, letter number, letter code, letter date, letter source. In the outgoing letter, the concept of a cover letter is given in the form of a column, after completion it will automatically enter the outgoing letter agenda, and the agenda staff does not need to record it again in the outgoing letter book.

Abstract

In the process of providing social assistance to the community, of course, it cannot be separated from the process of inputting proposed data. At the Nabire Regency Social Welfare Office, the process of inputting proposed social assistance data uses Microsoft Office Excel, the data input process using Microsoft Office Excel is considered to be inefficient because the data that has been input can be lost, so the admin often inputs data repeatedly. an application in the process of inputting data. Data input using this application will be stored in the PhpMyAdmin database. In making this application using a system design use case diagrams that explain the duties and functions of each actor. The tools used in making this application are Visual Studio Code, PhpMyAdmin, Xampp. This social assistance proposal data application can simplify the inputting process and the data can be printed in the form of a hard copy file.

Abstract

In an era of rapid development of science and technology, the use of information technology is crucial in improving efficiency and quality of services in various sectors, including the Nabire Regency Animal Husbandry Service. In this context, problems such as lack of effectiveness in providing livestock assistance and manual data management are the main challenges faced. This article discusses the need to develop an information system to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing data on recipients of livestock assistance. The Spiral Method was chosen as an approach in system development, combining an iterative and systematic nature to overcome the problems faced. It is hoped that advances in information and communication technology can provide solutions for the Nabire Regency Livestock Service in overcoming this challenge, as well as improving services to the community. it is hoped that the Nabire Regency Livestock Service can improve the process of providing livestock assistance according to predetermined targets and improve the quality of data management. This progress will have a positive impact on the welfare of the livestock farming community in the region. Apart from that, the use of information systems is also expected to be able to overcome problems such as overcrowded office storage cupboards and the risk of data loss or damage caused by manual management. Thus, this article not only highlights the challenges faced by the Nabire Regency Livestock Service, but also provides insight into solutions that can be implemented to improve efficiency and quality of service in data management and livestock assistance,

Abstract

The information system for citizen data collection at the Nabire Regency Population and Civil Registration Office plays a critical role in efficiently managing the information of citizens in the region. The system streamlines the data collection, storage, and retrieval processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The information collected through this system can be used for various purposes such as demographic analysis, population studies, and decision-making processes, providing insight to support the betterment of the community. The implementation of this system in the office helps to address the challenges faced in managing the large volume of citizen data. This system is designed to support the efforts of the Population and Civil Registration Office in providing quality services to citizens, and ensuring that their personal information is accurately recorded and maintained. Abstract

Web-Based Application for Archiving Letters at the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative Office is an information technology solution designed to assist in the management and archiving of correspondence in the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative office environment. By using a web-based approach, this application aims to increase efficiency, speed and accuracy in the process of archiving and searching for letters, as well as allowing easy access from various locations. This application is equipped with important features such as search for letters based on certain criteria, electronic storage of letters with grouping by category and date, as well as the ability to delete, update and access mail archives easily. In addition, this application can also provide notifications for new incoming mail and provide user activity history for auditing and monitoring purposes. With the adoption of web-based technology, employees of the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative office can access this system via various devices, including desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices, providing flexibility in use. The implementation of this application is expected to increase office productivity, reduce errors in filing, and optimize overall correspondence management.
