This study aims to analyze the implementation and impact of a community health empowerment program through stunting education and free health check-ups in Ciginggang Village, Gunungkencana District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. Ciginggang Village is a rural area with agrarian characteristics, hilly topography, and limited access to health facilities, which contributes to the high risk of stunting in toddlers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and activity documentation. The results showed that the education effectively increased public knowledge about balanced nutrition, the importance of the first 1,000 days of life, and stunting prevention through proper parenting and sanitation. The free health check-ups successfully detected early cases of stunting risk and provided appropriate initial interventions. Supporting factors for the program's success included the active participation of posyandu cadres, community leaders, and cross-sector collaboration between the village government, community health centers, and the police.
