<![CDATA[Teacher Leadership Education is a leadership training program for teachers to become learning leaders. This program includes online training, workshops, conferences, and six months of mentoring for prospective Teacher Leaders. The output of teacher leadership education is a teacher leader. Teacher leaders are learning leaders in independent learning. As leaders, teacher leaders must possess reliable leadership and managerial competencies to carry out their duties as learning leaders in the classroom, as principals, or as supervisors. Based on the above phenomenon, the researcher conducted a study to determine: (1) Is there an influence of the education of driving teachers and leadership competencies on the managerial skills of Hindu driving teachers in State Vocational Schools throughout Gianyar Regency? (2) Is there an influence of leadership competencies on the managerial skills of Hindu driving teachers in State Vocational Schools throughout Gianyar Regency? and (3) Is there a simultaneous influence between the education of driving teachers and leadership competencies on the managerial skills of Hindu driving teachers in State Vocational Schools throughout Gianyar Regency? The method used is quantitative, with a population of 41. The research period is January to June 2025. The independent variables are driving teacher education and leadership competencies, while the dependent variable is managerial. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire.
