<![CDATA[This study aims to implement a psychoeducational module as a preventive effort to address digital fatigue among employees of PT Jamkrida Sumsel Perseroda. Digital fatigue arises from intensive and prolonged use of digital devices in carrying out administrative tasks, particularly within the Human Resources department. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. The research subjects consisted of three employees who met the criterion of using digital devices for more than six hours per day. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, digital fatigue pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and behavioral checklists. The psychoeducational module was implemented through six sessions covering an understanding of digital fatigue, screen time management, microbreaks, mindfulness, stretching, and digital detox. The results indicated a reduction in digital fatigue levels following the implementation of the module, as evidenced by improved work concentration, reduced physical complaints, and increased employee awareness in managing technology use. The conclusion of this study demonstrates that the psychoeducational module is effective in helping employees manage digital fatigue and maintain mental health in the workplace.]]>
