The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence traditional food consumption patterns in adolescents in the Dhawe Nagekeo Village, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical techniques by calculating the Mean, Median, mode, and Standard Deviation. Factors that influence traditional food consumption patterns consist of economic factors, socio-cultural factors, religious factors, educational factors, and environmental factors. The results showed that the factors that influence traditional food consumption patterns are in the high category with a relative frequency of 50%. Economic factors are in the high category with a relative frequency of 48.21%, socio-cultural factors are in the high category with a relative frequency of 50%, religious factors are in the high category with a relative frequency of 53.57%, educational factors are in the high category with a relative frequency of 46.43%, and environmental factors in the high category with a relative frequency of 55.36%.
