ABSTRACT This research aims to develop learning media based on video tutorials for making skirt patterns in basic subjects; media appropriateness; and student responses. This type of research is research and development Research and Development (R&D). Data collection methods use interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of this research are learning media for video tutorials on making facing pleated skirt patterns for construction systems with video product specifications with a duration of 19 minutes, in the section explaining the tools and materials for making facing pleated skirt patterns with pictures as well as the process of making basic skirt patterns and changing models which can be accessed via link. Learning media based on video tutorials for making pleated skirt patterns facing a construction system with a scale of ΒΌ in the very suitable category based on a material assessment of 93.5% and a media expert assessment of 100%. Student responses showed a very feasible category with a small-scale trial presentation of 85% and a limited-scale trial percentage obtained at 85%.
