<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of gender equality-based training and mentoring on improving Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) competitiveness, both partially and simultaneously, at Rumah Sari Entrepreneur House, Bandung City.This study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. The population consisted of 120 female MSME actors under the guidance of Rumah Sari Entrepreneur House, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.The results showed that: (1) gender equality-based training has a positive and significant effect on MSME competitiveness with t-count 3.580 > t-table 1.980 and sig. 0.000; (2) gender equality-based mentoring has a positive and significant effect on MSME competitiveness with t-count 3.701 > t-table 1.980 and sig. 0.000; (3) simultaneously, gender equality-based training and mentoring have a positive and significant effect on MSME competitiveness with F-count 152.090 > F-table 3.07 and sig. 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.722 indicates that 72.2% of the variation in MSME competitiveness is influenced by gender equality-based training and mentoring, while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.Based on these results, it can be concluded that sustainable and inclusive gender equality-based training and mentoring have been proven to significantly improve MSME competitiveness. Rumah Sari Entrepreneur House is advised to continue optimizing interactive training programs, strengthening mentoring intensity, and expanding market access and business legality facilitation for MSME actors.]]>
