Abstract

Street Smart Lighting Sytem atau yang dikenal dengan Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) merupakan bentuk inovasi daerah dalam hal penghematan penggunaan energi listrik. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pembangunan PJU di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sebagai gambaran kelayakan usaha dari pembangunan PJU. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kelayakan finansial, yaitu: NPV, IRR dan Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPV (6,75%) sebesar Rp. 49.697.164.239,-, dengan IRR sebesar 14,33% dan Payback Period selama 6 tahun 4 bulan, yang mana didapatkan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1 (atau sebesar 3,48), hal tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa investasi pada pembangunan PJU di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dapat dikembalikan selama 9 tahun dengan asumsi tidak terjadi hal-hal diluar yang diperhitungkan misalnya berupa bencana alam. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembangunan PJU di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya layak untuk diaplikasikan yang mana kelayakan finansial menunjukkan keuntungan bagi daerah yang pada akhirnya memberikan penghematan penggunaan energi listrik di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the direct influence of social media adoption and dynamic capabilities in increasing SMEs performance. It also considers market orientation as a moderating variable to understand more about the condition by which the relationship between the variables can be strengthened or weakened. By using quantitative approach, this study focuses on culinary SMEs in Bandung, West Java. The number of samples is 300 respondents, and the data is collected through giving questionnaire using Google Forms to culinary SMEs actors. The findings of this study indicate that both social media adoption and dynamic capabilities have a positive influence on SMEs performance. Furthermore, this study also prove that market orientation can strengthen the relationship between social media adoption and SMEs performance, as well as dynamic capabilities and SMEs performance. Finally, several implications are pointed out for both practitioners and scholars.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of entrepreneurial agility in the relationship between digital platform capability and business model innovation adoption, while also considering the moderating role of technology opportunism and environmental dynamism. Background Problems: Digitization currently influences every aspect of individual, including the way they carry out business. Therefore, it is important to understand the way firms respond to this condition while conducting their business. Novelty: This study addresses how the business model innovation adoption can be more advanced and supported by digital platform capability by considering various conditions to deal with changes in technology and the environment, including entrepreneurial agility, environmental dynamism, and technology opportunism. Research Methods: This study is carried out using quantitative approach by distributing questionnaire to the owners or managers of creative MSMEs in Bandung, West Java. The respondents are chosen using purposive sampling method, with the number of samples of 120 respondents. The data is then analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 3.0. Finding/Results: Digital platform capability has a positive influence on entrepreneurial agility, which has a positive influence on business model innovation adoption. Entrepreneurial agility mediates the relationship between digital platform capability on business model innovation adoption, and this relationship is moderated by technology opportunism and environmental dynamism. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of digital platform capability for firms, as it can lead them to have entrepreneurial agility, and ultimately carry out business model innovation adoption.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the existence of public complaints related to licensing services in the city of Bandung, especially at the Bandung City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP). The research method used is the explanatory method, which is a method to see the relationship or influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable and is also needed to test the hypotheses presented previously. Analysis in data processing using path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the better the quality of digital services, the better the perception of ease of use (r = 0.818), the perception of ease of use had a positive effect on public satisfaction (R = 73.8%), and the quality of digital services had a positive effect on public satisfaction (R = 74.5%).

Abstract

National policy is critical to a policy's success. Policy implementation has a broad spectrum of implications and conditions. This study aims to investigate and describe the implementation of work-from-home (WFH) policies at the Bandung Regency Public Work Services Office. In this study, the qualitative research method was used. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the Work From Home Policy at the Public Works Services Office of Bandung City has been successful in meeting spatial aspects, specifically in the form of transforming personal space or employee homes in the Public Works Services Office of Bandung City by maximizing various existing devices and technologies that are considered convenient to use. Bandung City Public Work Services Office employees have been able to adapt to two different time situations, cyclical time and linear time. This demonstrates that the office and family support is adequate to meet the time constraints. Meanwhile, the Bandung City Public Work Services Office has been able to provide good work productivity by aligning narrative writing roles as employees, husbands or wives, and family members.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan adalah prediktor utama kesuksesan dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengonfirmasi peran komitmen pegawai, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Maju Elektronik Bandung. Untuk memahami pengaruh antar variabel, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. 52 pekerja dari semua departemen PT Sinar Maju Elektronik Bandung dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa komitmen karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan teori dan kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini mendukung determinan yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan memajukan disiplin agar dapat tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa untuk menghasilkan kinerja terbaik, bisnis harus fokus pada disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the non-optimal performance shown by the employees of the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. The independent variables consist of work motivation and discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is included in quantitative research, while the research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The research population is all employees of the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling, so that the number of samples is 38 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation and discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how the VIP customer research object at Citylink Indonesia Airlines affects customer loyalty. So according research on the impact of customer experience on regular customers, patrons who receive a positive ” are more likely to return for another purchase, more likely to recommend the business to friends, and less inclined to shift to competitors. According to the findings of this study, customer experience management factors play an important role in business competitiveness. Emotional experiences, according to the literature, play an important role in customer loyalty to a company's brand. This finding is in accordance with the study's findings that airline image and service quality have a significant influence on customer behavioral intentions. Because a brand's experience includes a consumer's subjective experience and behavior, customer experience is related to customer loyalty. The airline's image, trust, and additional services all contribute to the overall expertise. Customers who have a happy impression and thus be willing to repurchase the service.

Abstract

Purpose — This study aims to determine the role of website quality, perceived value, and consumer satisfaction on the repurchase intention of Indonesian railway tickets.Method — This research employs a quantitative methodology to investigate the causal links between variables. This study's sample consisted of 100 consumers of Indonesian railway tickets in Bandung who were randomly selected through the distribution of questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using regression analysis with the assistance of the Smart PLS software.Result — This study's findings reveal that three criteria, namely website quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction, substantially impact the repurchase intentions of Indonesian rail ticket purchasers.Contribution — This study has implications for businesses, which should present information through their websites and provide excellent customer service to boost perceived value. In addition, the interactions carried out in the provision of services must address all client concerns so that consumers are pleased with the services rendered.
