<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and job stress on the performance of ShopeeFood drivers through work motivation as a mediating variable in Yogyakarta. The study employed a quantitative approach, involving 120 ShopeeFood drivers as respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and driver performance. Conversely, job stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation but does not have a significant direct effect on performance. Work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on performance and to mediate the effects of both workload and work stress on performance. The research model also demonstrated good predictive power, with an R-squared value for performance of 0.844. These findings confirm that work motivation is a key factor in improving the performance of ShopeeFood drivers; therefore, the company needs to strengthen strategies that can maintain and enhance the work motivation of its driver partners]]>
