<![CDATA[Abstract The implementation of the Impact Campus program through Community Service Program (KKN) activities in Mayang Village, Subang, was motivated by the need to enhance the role of higher education institutions in addressing social and environmental issues through community service activities in the village. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the KKN program in supporting the development of community literacy and integrated waste management. The method used was a participatory approach with collaborative observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation stages between students, the village government, youth, and the community. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation of activities throughout the program. Results indicated an increase in reading interest, digital literacy skills, children's learning motivation, and environmental awareness in the village community. The construction of waste management facilities through mutual cooperation and training in organic waste management demonstrated the potential for sustainability. This program strengthened the synergy between academics and the community in village development, positively impacting community capacity and awareness.
